My name is Marcus Smith, and my major is Information Technology: Cybersecurity. In addition to having my AAS Degree in Computer Technology: Networking/Cybersecurity, I also have my Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). I work as an IT Support Specialist at The Charles Lea Center, located in Spartanburg, SC. Anything that deals with computers or technology, I am willing to research and learn more about it. My objective for this class is to enhance my writing skills even more because in the IT field documentation is extremely important. I plan to learn as much as I can in this course and utilize my knowledge with this awesome experience. I really get a kick out of watching shows like, "CSI" and expose their fake hacking. When I do that, my family tell me that I am just a "NERD!" Also, I enjoy watching crime shows and horror movies. If I set my mind to doing something, I refuse to accept failure as an option.
